Overview

HAIPA is agentic trading infrastructure for Hyperliquid, operated by Hekaton LLC. This policy covers the HAIPA marketing website (haipa.ai). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Data We Collect

HAIPA collects minimal data to operate this website. There are two places you can give us an email address, and we handle them the same way:

Mailing list email addresses: When you join our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to contact you about HAIPA availability and updates.
Algo access request email addresses: When you request access to the HAIPA Execution Algos, we collect the email address you provide. We use it to respond to your request, to provision a virtual machine environment for your agent, and to send you a PIN granting a trial of the execution algos.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes anonymous information such as pages visited, time spent on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level).
No other personal information: Aside from the email addresses described above, we do not collect names or other personally identifiable information on this website. There are no user accounts or login functionality on haipa.ai.
No financial data: We do not collect or store any information about your cryptocurrency holdings, wallets, or transactions on this website.

When you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), we store those parameters in your browser for the duration of your visit. If you then submit your email address, we send the campaign parameters along with it so we can tell which campaign brought you here. These parameters do not identify you and are not shared with anyone beyond the email service described below.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies for Google Analytics and X (Twitter) conversion tracking. These cookies help us understand site usage patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics by:

We also use sessionStorage, which is separate from cookies, to hold the campaign parameters described above. Unlike a cookie, sessionStorage is cleared automatically when you close the tab, so no action is needed to remove it.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Vercel: For website hosting and delivery. Vercel's Privacy Policy
Cloudflare: For content delivery, network routing, and security. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
Resend: For sending confirmation and notification emails, and for storing the email addresses and campaign parameters described above. Resend's Privacy Policy

X (Twitter): For measuring advertising conversions on our campaign landing pages. X's Privacy Policy

Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until you request removal.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
X conversion data is retained per their privacy policy.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Access information about data collected about you
Request deletion of your data, including any email address you have given us
Opt out of analytics tracking
